A.1.1. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación . Los representantes del Sector Privado ante el Consejo Directivo de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales o de Desarrollo Sostenible, deberán ser elegidos por ellos mismos.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente decreto las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y las de Desarrollo Sostenible, se denominarán Corporaciones.
