El medico podrá hacer la autopsia a los cadáveres de los condenados, pero esta será obligatoria siempre que se trate de delincuentes instintivos, alineados mentales, profesionales o habituales. Para la práctica de estas autopsias, el médico puede solicitar el concurso de los profesores de las facultades de medicina, o de especialistas en estudios antropológicos o sicológicos.
