Modifíquese el literal a) del numeral 2 del artículo 9.1.1.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "a) Podrán ser aprobados por el voto favorable del cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) de las acreencias y como mínimo de la mitad más uno de los acreedores, incluyendo en este cómputo el valor de los depósitos en que el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras- FOGAFIN- se haya subrogado. En los demás aspectos dichos acuerdos se sujetarán en lo pertinente a las normas del régimen de insolvencia empresarial.".
