Art. 95. En la cuenta general del Presupuesto y del Tesoro el saldo que al fin de cada bienio económico presenten las cuentas del servicio del Tesoro pasará siempre á la siguiente cuenta, en la cual se conservará hasta que sea anulado por pago. Más en la cuenta correspondiente de cada responsable del Erario solamente quedarán vivos al principio de cada bienio económico los saldos que presenten las operaciones marcadas en el artículo 93 con los números 3° y 4°.
