Artículo primero. Créanse las siguientes Juntas de Inteligencia

A nivel nacional: Junta de Inteligencia Nacional (JIN), dependiente del Consejo Superior de la Defensa Nacional.

A nivel seccional: Junta de Inteligencia Seccional (JIS), en donde exista Comando de Unidad Operativa o, en su defecto, de Unidad Táctica.
