Para terminar la construcción del edificio "mercedes Sanín", destinado a las escuelas urbanas del santuario (Antioquia), la nación contribuye con la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), que se incorporaran en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y el gobierno queda facultado para hacer el traslado y apropiación, si se hiciere necesario.
