De la actuación sobre posiciones antes de juicio se dará una copia a cada una de las partes y no otras sino previo decreto y observando los requisitos prevenidos por el artículo 2603 del Código Civil para la expedición de copias de escrituras públicas. Las copias de que trata este artículo no se expedirán antes de que se haya vencido el término para las acciones rescisorias, de acuerdo con los artículo 617 y 618.
