Son Causales De Destitución Del Gerente General: 1ª

Son causales de destitución del Gerente General: 1ª. Dejar de asistir a más de cuatro (4) sesiones consecutivas del Consejo, sin causa que lo justifique. 2ª. Incurrir en alguna de las incompatibilidades establecidas por las leyes, decretos y estos Estatutos. 3ª. Haber sido condenado por infracción penal. 4ª. Violar gravemente una cualquiera de sus obligaciones legales, reglamentarias o estatutarias.

Parágrafo

En los casos previstos en este artículo, la destitución del Gerente General deberá ser solicitada al Presidente de la República por el Consejo Directivo, mediante acusación motivada y firmada a lo menos por siete (7) de sus miembros. CAPÍTULO II Secretario General
