Art. 86. Los Síndicos serán responsables á todos y cada uno de los acreedores y al concursado por las faltas que cometan en el cumplimiento de sus deberes, que son, á más de los que expresamente se les imponen en este título, los que tiene todo mandatario remunerado según las Leyes sustantivas.
