Para obtener la exoneración del impuesto que autoriza el artículo 4º del Decreto número 4051 de 20 de diciembre de 1949, no será necesario renunciar a la negociabilidad de las acciones que los contribuyentes adquieran con tal objeto en la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río. En consecuencia, todas las acciones de la mencionada Empresa serán negociables desde la fecha de esté Decreto.
