Los recursos correspondientes al saldo del ahorro del Fondo Nacional de Regalías en el Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera a que se refiere la Ley 209 de 1995 que quedasen disponibles a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, acrecentarán el saldo de portafolio disponible del Fondo Nacional de Regalías, en liquidación.
