ARTICULO 11. REUBICACIÓN FÍSICA DE LOS EMPLEOS. Cuando se haga necesario reubicar físicamente un empleo en otra dependencia de la Entidad, se procederá mediante resolución proferida por el nominador respectivo. Esta reubicación deberá efectuarse teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de las funciones del empleo y las del área donde deberá ser ubicado y no podrá generar desmejoramiento de las condiciones laborales del titular del cargo.
