El precio se establecerá por períodos de días, meses o años, pero si se trata de inmuebles, no se podrán pagar valores superiores a los señalados en las disposiciones vigentes; en el caso de muebles, no se podrán pagar valores superiores a los corrientes en el mercado según el numero de unidades.
