Ley 3 de 1920 · sobre la vía nacional del Noroeste (Bogotá al río Magdalena por Chiquinquirá, Socorro y Bucaramanga)

Asígnase para los gastos de esta vía, en sus tres seccione, una partida de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000), que se aplicarán así:

Hasta cien mil pesos ($ 100,000) anuales para el acabado de la carretera en Cundinamarca y Boyacá y el resto para la vía en Santander.

Terminadas que sean las obras correspondientes a la sección de Cundinaarca y Boyacá, la partida total de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) anuales se aplicarán a la terminación de la sección de Santander.

Parágrafo

En esta sección podrá el Gobierno nombrar dos Ingenieros con sendos Cajeros Contadores.
