Los Agentes Consulares de aquellos puertos de donde partan líneas de correos-paquetes subvencionados o especialmente protegidos por Gobiernos extranjeros, podrán dirigir los pliegos cerrados y sellados de que trata el artículo anterior por la valija del correo que conduzca el respectivo buque, si al Capitán le estuviere prohibido conducirlo fuéra de dicha valija.
