Art. 2.° El pago del sueldo que devenguen todos los empleados nacionales de la Provincia de Cúcuta, así del orden militar como del judicial y administrativo, a contar del 1° de Junio del presente año en adelante, se hará en la forma siguiente: Cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) en moneda de plata a la ley de 0835, y cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) en papel moneda.
