El Revisor Fiscal y sus primero y segundo suplentes serán elegidos por la Junta Directiva, para períodos de dos años; podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente y removidos libremente a juicio de la Junta Directiva. En caso de falta temporal o absoluta de Revisor Fiscal, será reemplazado por los suplentes en su orden. Cuando se designen asociaciones o firmas de contadores como revisores fiscales, éstas deberán nombrar a contadores públicos para que ejerzan tanto la revisoría fiscal principal como las suplencias.
