Asuntos susceptibles de impugnación. De conformidad con el literal a) del artículo 53 de la Ley 2166 de 2021, podrán ser objeto de impugnación:

La elección de dignatarios comunales;

Las decisiones adoptadas por los órganos de dirección, administración y vigilancia de los organismos comunales.
