La suma total a reconocer, de acuerdo con los límites fijados en el artículo anterior, se incrementará en un 3% por cada miembro de la familia del funcionario que resida con él y se encuentre bajo su dependencia económica, hasta un máximo de cuatro. Para los efectos de esta disposición sólo se considerarán como parte de la familia el cónyuge y los descendientes directos.
