°. Otorgamiento . La medalla "San Rafael Arcángel", será conferida por una sola vez al personal postulado para dicha presea, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en este decreto, que a consideración del Consejo de la Medalla se hagan merecedores de esta distinción, mediante Resolución expedida por el Comandante del Ejército Nacional.
