El gobierno podrá subvenir, cada año, hasta con la suma de quince mil pesos, a una o más Compañías liricas, dramáticas o lirico-dramáticas, que actúen en el Teatro de Colon de Bogotá. Queda así reformado el Articulo 1° de la Ley 2a.de 1914.
