Articulo 59. El Auditor tiene derecho a imponerse de todas las operaciones y negocios de la Caja, y pedir al Gerente y a todos los empleados los datos que requiera para el buen desempeño de su cargo. Además, debe verificar, cuantas veces lo estime conveniente, las cuentas, la existencia en caja y todos los valores o efectos de la Caja, y autorizar con su firma los balances de ella. El balance general, las cuentas e inventarios que al fin de cada ejercicio semestral debe presentar el Gerente a la Junta Directiva, deberán llevar el visto bueno del Auditor.
