El personal vinculado a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, con anterioridad a la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto, para desempeñar actividades transitorias continuará devengando la remuneración mensual que correspondía a 31 de diciembre de 1985 al grado de remuneración asignado.
