Artículo primero. El auxilio de transporte urbano colectivo denominado "Servicio Estudiantil", beneficiará a los estudiantes de Educación Media y Superior de la ciudad de Tunja.

Parágrafo

Los tiquetes de que hayan hecho uso los estudiantes en dicha ciudad, serán redimidos a los transportadores por la Corporación Financiera del Transporte, a razón de diez ($ 0.10) centavos por cada uno.
