Art. C. Decláranse legalizados los gastos que no lo hayan sido hasta el 5 de Agosto de 1886, provenientes de anticipaciones. En consecuencia las Oficinas de Hacienda describirán inmediatamente las operaciones de Contabilidad consiguientes á la legalización que por este artículo se hace.
