En el informe que debe rendir la Comisión Legislativa de Crédito Nacional a las Cámaras, conforme al inciso 8° el artículo 1184 del Código Fiscal expresará si ha encontrado corriente la cuenta de la Dirección de Crédito Nacional para que en este caso la Corte de Cuentas expedida al responsable el finiquito correspondiente, o los reparos que le haya hecho para que dicha Corte tome las medidas necesarias a fin de que se subsanen los defectos y se proceda como lo dispone el artículo 1377 del Código Fiscal.
