Además de mantener la Aduana que actualmente funciona en La Pedrera, el Gobierno procederá a establecer una Aduana en Leticia y a trasladar la Aduana que actualmente funciona en Puerto Asís al sitio denominado Tarapacá , próximo a la frontera con el Brasil, sobre la margen derecha del río Putumayo.
