° La remuneración mensual del empleo de Auxiliar Judicial a que hacen referencia los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 3° del Decreto 57 de 1993, quedará así: Denominación del cargo Grado Remuneración mensual Auxiliar Judicial 1 $ 498.959 2 468.750 3 403.225 4 371.287 5 339.429 La sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura asignará a cada uno de los empleos actualmente existentes con la denominación de Auxiliar Judicial el grado que le corresponda con arreglo a lo previsto en el presente artículo y atendiendo las funciones respectivas, el nivel de responsabilidad y los requisitos para el desempeño que se establezcan por la misma Sala.
