Art. 4.° Todas las circunstancias de que trata la primera parte del artículo anterior, se asentarán en un libro especial que al efecto llevará el respectivo empleado. libro en el cual se extenderán estas diligencias en riguroso orden cronológico, y se numerarán en orden cardinal no interrumpido. Cada una de las partidas de este libro tendrá la fecha correspondiente, y será firmada por el funcionario que otorgue la licencia y por el individuo que la solicita, ó por otro á su ruego.
