Gerente General de la sociedad. La administración y la representación legal de la sociedad que se organiza estarán a cargo del Gerente General, quien será designado por la Junta Directiva. El Gerente General durará en sus funciones por el término de dos (2) años, contados a partir de su nombramiento, pero podrá ser reelegido para períodos adicionales o removido libremente antes del vencimiento de cualquier período y, en su ausencia absoluta o transitoria, lo reemplazarán, en su orden, dos (2) suplentes, primero y segundo, nombrados por la propia Junta Directiva.
