Art. 7º Cuando algunos de los Contadores no pudieren tomar posesión del destino el día señalado en el artículo anterior, lo pondrá en conocimiento del Gobierno para que éste nombre el Contador interino; y si pasaren tres meses sin posesionarse, se declarará vacante el destino y se procederá á hacer nuevo nombramiento.
