° Precio. Los 10.655.682.624.592 de acciones y derechos objeto del presente programa de venta se ofrecerán en las siguientes condiciones de precio

Las acciones del Lote Uno: A un precio fijo de tres punto un centavo ($ 0.031) por cada acción.

Las acciones y derechos del Lote Dos: A un precio mínimo de tres punto un centavo ($ 0.031) por cada acción ordinaria pagada actualmente en circulación o derecho de suscripción preferencial de acciones.
