Cuando alguna de las partes o de sus representantes, en el caso del artículo anterior, alegare bajo juramento un impedimento inexistente respecto de alguno de los jurados, además de las sanciones legales por el delito cometido, incurrirá en multa de cien a doscientos pesos, que impondrá disciplinariamente el juez del conocimiento.
