Artículo único . Declárase válido el decreto orgánico de la Universidad nacional i el que fija los sueldos de los empleados de ésta, tales como se hallan publicados en el número 1.° de los "Anales de la Universidad de Colombia," quedando en consecuencia insubsistentes los decretos que con el mismo título se publicaron en los números del "Diario Oficial" 1,128 a 1,130 i 1,133.
