° El Defensor del Pueblo podrá asignar primas técnicas sin carácter salarial, hasta por un cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignación básica, a los Subdirectores grado 21 con el lleno de los requisitos que establezca mediante reglamentación interna, previa disponibilidad presupuestal, en los términos del Decreto 2573 de 1991.
