Artículo primero. Los sorteos autorizados por la Ley 12 de 1973 , continuarán realizándose indefinidamente con estricta sujeción a las normas que regulan la materia.

Parágrafo

Para estos efectos, la vigilancia fiscal de la Corporación de Desarrollo de Chiquinquirá, integrada por el Alcalde, el Personero y cuatro Concejales o sus delegados, podrá hacerse por la respectiva Contraloría Municipal.
