Será póliza de valor no estimado la que no obstante indicar el valor del objeto asegurado, no se ajuste a lo previsto en el inciso primero del artículo anterior. Esta póliza admite la determinación del valor asegurable, hasta concurrencia de la suma asegurada, con arreglo a las bases estatuidas en este Título.
