La compañía subsidiaria del Banco Central Hipotecario está obligada a operar en todos los Municipios que tengan más de ochenta mil habitantes y que ofrezcan ayudar a sus empleados y obreros con una cantidad mínima del veinte por ciento (20%) del valor de cada propiedad, y dará prelación, además, en su orden, a aquellos Municipios que sufraguen una cuota mayor, todo con la limitación de que habla el artículo 6° de esta Ley.
