ARTICULO 354. Alteración, desfiguración y suplantación de marcas de ganado. El que altere, desfigure o suplante marcas de ganado ajeno, o marque el que no le pertenezca , incurrirá en prisión de seis meses a dos años y multa de dos mil a cincuenta mil pesos, siempre que el hecho no constituya otro delito.
