Articulo 11 . El Jefe de la. Regional de la Cruz Roja Colombiana o su delegado, actuará como asesor permanente, del respectivo Comité de Emergencias.

Parágrafo

El Comité de Emergencias podrá asesorarse de otras entidades o personas que por su experiencia e idoneidad puedan prestar su colaboración en los diferentes tipos de desastres.
