Artículo primero. En adelante corresponderán al Subdirector de la División Nacional de Ganadería, del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, los siguientes asuntos especiales

Estudio de los programas de sanidad que deban adelantar las Entidades Oficiales para armonizarlos con los del Ministerio;

Emisión de conceptos técnicos en materias de Sanidad Pecuaria y de Zootecnia, y

Actuar como miembro de la Junta de Títulos-Médicos Veterinarios, creada por el artículo 16 del Decreto número 2944 de 1948.
