Los funcionarios y empleados reubicados en cargos de carrera administrativa, que a Diciembre 31 de 1987 pertenecían a las Direcciones de Impuestos y Centro de Información y Sistemas del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quedan amparados por el Sistema Especial de Carrera Administrativa aplicable a los funcionarios de la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales.
