En las interpelaciones que conceda el orador no podrá el interpelante referirse a temas diferentes ni introducir proposición de ningún género. En caso de que ello ocurra o de que a su juicio el interpelante se esté excediendo en el tiempo de uso de la palabra, el Presidente le retirará la venia para interpelar y ordenará al orador que continúe su exposición.
