ARTICULO 3 º. Los funcionarios y ex funcionarios de Seguridad Social que durante el año de l993 laboraron en jornadas de seis (6) o más horas y que no se les haya hecho efectivo el incremento en el auxilio de alimentación del 25% decretado por el Gobierno Nacional en el año de l993 tendrán derecho a los valores dejados de recibir durante dicho año, así como el ajuste de las prestaciones sociales en que dichos valores sean factor salarial de acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes.
