La Comisión Nacional Intersectorial para la Coordinación y Orientación Superior del Sacrificio de Porcinos se reunirá ordinariamente cada tres (3) meses y extraordinariamente por convocatoria del Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, o cuando de común acuerdo dos (2) de sus miembros lo consideren pertinente. Sesionará con la mitad más uno de sus miembros y sus decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple de los presentes.
