amends ley 1415/10

El artículo 4° de la Ley 1415 de 2010 quedará así:

" Artículo 4°. Del valor del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda Rural (SFVR) para la población afectada por desastres naturales, calamidad pública o emergencias. La cuantía del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda Rural para los grupos familiares afectados por situaciones de desastre natural, calamidad pública o emergencias, en las modalidades de construcción en sitio propio, adquisición de vivienda nueva o usada y mejoramiento de la vivienda en el sitio del desastre, se establecerá atendiendo las condiciones socioeconómicas, mediante el reglamento que expida el Gobierno Nacional".
