Decreto 1829 de 1977 · Por el cual se modifican los artículos 2º y 5º del Decreto 0097 de 1977

Artículo primero. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público celebrará con el Banco de la república los contratos de fideicomiso y de garantía de la emisión de Títulos de Deuda Pública Interna, denominados Bonos de Desarrollo Económico, clase "H".

Parágrafo

Igualmente el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público procederá a celebrar el contrato de impresión de los títulos por intermedio del Banco de la República.
