El Gobierno hará incluir en el próximo Presupuesto una suma no inferior a cincuenta mil pesos ( $ 50.000), que se destinará a la compra de ruecas y telares pequeños, propios para usos domésticos, que venderá a precio de costo, por conducto de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero.
