El artículo 20 del Decreto 2145 de 1999, quedará así: "Artículo 20. Nombramiento de los jefes de Control Interno. La provisión de los cargos de jefe de Control Interno o quien haga sus veces de las entidades y organismos de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional se efectuará por el representante legal o máximo directivo del organismo respectivo, según sea su competencia y de acuerdo con lo establecido en las disposiciones propias de cada entidad".
