Adiciónase al artículo 13 del Decreto 2193 de 1989, los siguientes literales; k) Afiliación a una Empresa Promotora de Salud (EPS) o constitución de una Póliza de Seguros de Servicios Médico - quirúrgico, la que deberá mantener vigente durante el período de formación; l) Constitución de una Póliza de Seguros de Vida e Invalidez, que deberá mantenerse vigente durante el período de formación.
